Oh yikes! Been there kinda. Ended up figuring out how to fix things without a hysterectomy because I was already pretty old by the time they got pretty bad.

Thanks. He's doing ok. He developed a hydracele which has caused a terrible amount of pain. But that is finally beginning to subside. Thank you for asking!

OMG (sorry! Oh My golly!) that poor man! He's been through it lately! I really hope this is the last thing he has to face for a long time!!

 

Oh I'm praying for that, too. He's been through way too much. He never complains, so I have to watch him like a hawk.

 

Well he better take good care of himself and heal up properly and fully because you're going to need him soon when you go through your surgery. Hopefully that is good incentive for him to take good care of himself and complain if that means he's not going to be in the perfect state to baby you when you need him!

 

That guy, he would baby me even if he was on his death bed. But I'm definitely watching him.

Spencer update:

He's been granted outdoor privileges since Sunday. Both Sunday and Monday night I had to go get him and bring him home from his old "territory". That neighbor is keeping a good eye on him and wants him to visit her still, but go back home to us for food.

Tonight I saw him outside near her house as I drove home from work. So I walked down there and he came to me. He followed me back home. Took a while, he kind of mosey'd but I didn't have to pick him up and he came in through the door and went straight to food.

So, I believe that means I get to keep him Now to spend a little more money on him and get him a few scratching things because he likes to scratch my couch! My other cats don't do that much, they use the scratch posts I have for them.
