    With so many people making sourdough starter, part of me wants to do a 'dried starter exchange' and get wild yeast from all over my friends' lists to combine into a single starter to truly have a Coronatine 2020 starter.

    Thoughts? @Hummingbirdee ? (IDK who else does sourdough?)
