Quals are there, but can't accept

    I seem to be in a stuck point.
    I've taken and passed to qual tests for some HITS, but it's saying I don't have permissions or quals needed when I go to accept them. I have every qual
    Contacted requester, did not hear back.

    More than likely you have been blocked by that requester. If your trying to accept the hits and have all the quals but still get the not having quals needed error then its a block.
