    It can be a bit of a pain to get verified sometimes, if you get stuck on a particular step let us know but most of the solutions involve inundating them with faxed documents until they finally cave haha.

    But yeah, you both definitely need your own account :)

    I'm trying to auto-verify the account using my bank login, but I'm on the last attempt and didn't want to get suspended or blocked out or have some other tragic event to occur. I guess I'll have to go the old fax route. lol. Thank you!

    I clicked on the "Contact Customer Assistance" on the right-hand side of the Amazon Payments page, but it did indeed take us back to Amazon. I think we finally got a resolution via phone. *sigh*
