It is always advisable to talk to a tax professional if you're in an unfamiliar situation. That said, you want schedule C if you're doing them by hand. It's going to be business income if you're using tax software.
Schedule C is the way to go. There's no need to worry about complicated paystub/payroll stuff unless you're filing taxes as an S-Corp or C-Corp.

The tax forms used to have a line for hobby and other income (hobby disappeared long ago I think). I got to sort that out as well as I made a couple of dollars last year on MTurk. I'm still thinking other income is what I'm going to look closely at. (possibly simpler approach if nothing else)
