08/25 - No Idea Wednesday!

My brain is not accepting how sitting 2 tbsp of yogurt into some milk for 8 hours means you now have yogurt.. if I put a shoe in the milk do I now have more shoes? Do atheists even play chess?

 

we don't eat enough yogurt to warrant making it.SMoothies tho....My freezer is full of frozen fruit and spinach and kale.

 

Ok but I put a list of ingredients in and I get those same ingredients back out. I don't go around claiming they're now filet mignon.

Also I did this twice:

 

Bacteria. You need the yogurt bacteria to be added to the non-bacteriad milk so that it infects the milk with the bacteria to create yogurt. Same concept with kombucha/vinegar mother.

 

A cup of yogurt at the store tells me how many bacteria (or w/e) is in it, how do I know they go into all the milk?

So if I buy the insanely expensive boojie yogurt that has all the fancy people probiotics I can just replicate them infinitely?

 

I don't know, but I'm soaking all my cash in a tub of milk tonight just in case.

It took @Moridin pointing out to me that yogurt is dairy and my dumb lactose intolerant self shouldn't be eating it. It shattered my world. This was only in the past week too. 26 years of life, knowing how to make yogurt too, and I just never thought that it was considered a dairy product for some reason.

 

I love how all it took was yogurt to break his brain. lmfao
