Hello!

I use Easy Auto Refresh extension for Chrome to automatically refresh the Preview&Accept page every second for any HIT I want to catch - https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/easy-auto-refresh/aabcgdmkeabbnleenpncegpcngjpnjkc?hl=en

Not sure if there's any better way of doing this out there.
