It likely is a combined fact that I am always just waking up or tired for various reasons while doing them. I have to weigh waking up in with doing them on top of the fact that the 6s and 20s are far better.

You're just jelly cause you aren't at my house eating the last batch of bagels I made.

Like a pizza stone? Same diff, I've also used a specific type of stone tile that is food safe. It crisps things much better and the heat is more evenly distributed and consistent, great for pizza and artisan bread and turkey (etc etc etc)! Usually made from stone, hence the name. It makes a world of difference with certain recipes. They also have ones made of salt and ceramic. You can use them to make a simulated bakers oven as well.

I can't freaking wait for self driving cars to become more common. I will happily give up driving.

 

Spent the last few evenings before bed watching some Pink Floyd docs. Here's what I've learned:
