Wrist exercises will help. You can find some online. I also got one of the grip strengtheners (tee hee) from amazon they help with the pain. You can also wear wrist braces for carpal tunnel to keep your wrists in alignment when you work. Also sometimes you just need to take a break and let your hands rest.

Just did that $4 Pindrop Security HIT. Super easy. Anyone know if we can do more than 1?

Yes, you can do as many as they'll let you.

My 11yo daughter has decided that her style is buttoned to the neck polo shirts and black jeans. Or a tshirt with a hoodie (and usually a cami and a sports bra under it), and the same black jeans. She'll wear shorts if she knows she's going to be doing something active, but I think a part of her dies during the summer when skin has to be shown to be able to breathe. I really don't know where the modest thing came in.

Only let me do one yesterday. Had to return the second one I caught later.

Thank you, that's what I feared. I spend 99% of my day either on my laptop/desktop/phone so they get no downtime.
I'll have to check those out. I used to work out a lot but haven't so my wrists are probably getting weaker.

When my wrist pains flairs up, I sleep in carpal tunnel braces and that helps. Ibuprofen helps too.

I don't have these yet because my pain hasn't been super bad lately, but people have recommended them to me and they have good reviews. I think these would be easier to work in than a classic wrist brace. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KQ0G896/?tag=thtv02-20

I wear wrist braces to bed when the pain gets like that. I find it too hard to work and use them, but I'll just wear them if I'm not doing anything vital or when I'm sleeping and it's enough to get my hands in the proper position to get muscles and blood flow back where it's supposed to go long enough to help healing.

Oh man, I was always the same way (minus the polo shirt, always the hoodie). Mine was always because I was really insecure about my body in general, but especially my legs. I have PCOS so my body hair is really thick, and even right after I shave you can see all the hair follicles or whatever on my legs, like tiny speckles or dents or something. So I always always just wore long pants.

Insecurity may not be her issue, but you might talk to her about it. She may just feel the most comfortable covered up.

It's like regular Sergeys... one per GID, sometimes multiple GIDs in a day.

Leggings (I own fleece lined leggings now too for that reason!) and heavy long sweaters/cardigans! I too refused to wear pants as a kid, (heyooo) and NY winters aren't exactly mild. My dad got me a bunch of warm leggings and I picked out long sweaters. I wore skirts and dresses most of the time outside of sports. I also wore long sweaters (hand me downs) and leggings way before it was trendy. Baby Bird was insistent about what she would wear and my dad didn't try and fight me on it much.

Those could be great to use at home, I'll have to bookmark that in case exercises don't help

OMG- This new Firefox is so slow- each time I open something, it takes at least a minute. I can't do batches with this piece of crap. Took 53 seconds to load a John Doe hit.

I need to get her more sweaters. She had a nice black cardigan I would let her wear a lot in the fall/winter, but she wore it to school once this year and -poof-, no more sweater. I swear buying clothes for kids feels like throwing your money in a black hole sometimes :emoji_joy:
