    Yes, I did mine in July for $4, I wrote them today to ask if it was different and if I could do it, they were so kind to respond I could not do it again, and then bonused me $6!!!!!

    I literally always revert into a plie instead of sumo. They are basically the same exact thing, I just point my feet more by reflex.

    Enough years of dance and ballet and you walk kinda like a duck from pointing your feet all the time.

    The problem with a lot of back injuries at least ones like my husbands where his discs slip out of place is no doctor wants to do surgery until it has gotten so bad you can't walk anymore and pain medications aren't giving you relief. Then you have to have major surgery deal with all that and the recover and risks associated with back surgery and it might work or you can go see a LEGIT (not quack) chiropractor every month or so and not let it get that bad in the first place. But like you said doesn't work for everyone
