    If you don't have a microphone separate from your computer (headphones or standalone), you should get one. There are a lot of HITs where you need to record your voice, either for voice recognition or reviewing websites/apps. You can take the purchase off your taxes as it's a business expense.

    Dang, I never thought about that. Would monitors and such accessories also count? I guess you'd have to be using them solely or mostly for Turking.
