It's slang, so sure.

I've used the word 'babushka' for butt (nice babushka) because when I was very young, my Ukrainian grandmother would say to me if I was bad "You better stop or your babushka will get you" She would make a pinching motion with her fingers and pretend to go after my butt. Being young I mix up the meaning of babushka from Grandmother to butt.
