This is exactly what happened to me! Was rejected by that same requester for not enough approved hits, then I sent a message about this. Got the same reply saying that the hit was now approved (but it is still showing as rejected.) Not sure what to do, I think I'll send another message tomorrow about the rejection reversal directions. Also weird that I've done two other hits with the same name by this requester and they were both approved, so it seems that retakes were allowed.
I did 3 of these before and all were approved. (The first one paid a dollar more.) I also had a fourth one time out on me.
