Mturk account falsely suspended

    I've been using MTurk for 5 years and I had a 99.3 approval rating and I earned close to 100 dollars almost each week. On Jan 8th my account was suspended with the following reason

    "We regret to inform you that your Amazon Mechanical Turk Worker account has been suspended effective immediately. We took this action because our records indicate that your Worker account is related to another Amazon Mechanical Turk account that was closed for violation of the MTurk Participation Agreement."

    I never once made another MTurk account at all so I'm not sure how this suspension could of happened. I contacted the MTurk support team and they said that it will be forwarded to the investigation team but it's been almost a month and I still haven't heard back from them.

    Is there anything I can do to get in contact with an actual account specialist so I can clear this whole issue up regarding my account?

    You could try contacting them on twitter, it seems at least a human responds on there.

    The same thing just happened to me. I don't know what I did wrong? my approval rating was 99.17, and I have only been on for 2 months- if anyone can help me with this please let me know- I really need the extra income.
