1. The forum & main site will stay up indefinitely after MTurk shuts down in case anyone needs anything. I assume a handful of things will break after MTurk vaporizes & I'll fix it as fast as I can to keep the two main parts of the site online.

Description: This will help us create content that offers employers of all sizes a better understanding of how employee environment can be better tailored to meet the highest productivity comfort level. Survey takes 7-8 minutes and it's completely anonymous.
Qualifications: Work/Life Balance DoesNotExist ; Employment Status: Employed full time (35+ hours per week) EqualTo 1; HIT approval rate (%) GreaterThan 0; Location EqualTo US
HIT exported from Mturk Suite v2.4.6

Some of the questions are "select all that apply", but it won't submit if you have too many checked. Instead, gives you a misleading "this question requires an answer" error, when it REALLY means "you've given me too many answers!!!".
