Yeah man. Yesterday was not my day when it came to rejections. lol. I assume since messages were sent to the IRB, it will be reversed, but its still stupid regardless to reject an entire group because you were too lazy to put a US qual on.

 

So according to the weather channel, it feel like -30 out today... There is an overbearing temptation to stay home today because I think I coughed once or twice. I could be contagious.

I actually don't have a VPN even installed on the desktop that I use for turking. It looks like they just blanket rejected because of it, looking at some of the updated reviews today. I sent a message but I'm not holding out hope for a reversal, so far it doesn't look like they've responded to anyone.

Sounds like a bunch of people sent out messages to the IRB. Last time I had to reach out to the IRB for massive rejections, they were reversed. It took forever since there is a chain of command, however IRB's are generally very good about stuff like this. Then we will get an updated message on our dashboard with some halfassed apology.

 

Lucky you. I reached out to Northwestern's IRB... they didn't give any ducks. Rejection stood. I'm not very hopeful about this.

Woke up to a rejection for a $2 survey by Tiankui Zhang.

"The worker didn't answer questions seriously. The product name (shirt) is inconsistent with brand name (Dell)"

But I selected and answered questions about a clothing company.
