It's crazy the amount of mail they get, yes?

My kid is only a freshman and has already received college recruitment mail. All he's taken in hs is the PSAT, which was just for practice because: freshman. Since he has not had half the stuff they test on yet his score wasn't super awesome, but it was pretty damn good for a Freshman and he's more than on track to do well on the SAT. I wonder if that test is triggering the recruitment mail?

He also got invited to some Engineering camp over the summer at UC Berkeley. That surprised me.

yea, colleges have access to basic contact info the minute you sign them up even for pretesting. i mean each 'kid' in about most colleges pay anywhere between $100,000-$400,000 for higher ed....

 

probably I mean V got multiple letters from VMI the same week he got is scores back I doubt it was a coincidence.
