    Friendly PSA: If you have a loved one with a mental disorder, please don't berate them or get mad at them for stuff they literally cannot help. When you're frustrated with them, try giving them a hug and telling them you're proud of them for doing something well. That little boost can mean a lot. And on the flipside, if you're the one with the mental disorder, you're not alone and you are loved. People don't know how to show it sometimes. Hang in there, you're doing great.

    don't mind me, having a super hard day mentally and trying to cope with shit and just thought others might benefit from the above. go back to arguing about cheese or old age or whatever I've missed in the past few hours.
