    I didn't even realize Apex Legends was attached to EA. It's been pretty awesome so far. I've been playing it on xbox and love how well it plays without a mic.

    It's published by EA, but they let you import your Steam friends list etc. because they're an awesome company. The ping system is pretty good if you're playing with randoms who try to run 15 miles away from the ring instead of finding a cozy little house to camp until round 6.

    Oh gotcha, it's also pretty cool that it transcribes the voice chat. It's not perfect but it gets the point across since I play without sound on.

    yep, i'm a pretty quick reader, and they're still super slow for me, even worse when i have to double/triple guess myself. if the objective was "which sounds most natural", it'd be great. but "please guess which very-human-sounding-AI is AI, and which awkwardly-spoken-human is human and if you're wrong then oh well byeeee. here's your $6-7/hr."

    ugh, i have the pins qual somehow, but every time i see oops, i'm like "welp, guess i'll lose that qual now" then i'm pleasantly surprised when my panda grabs another. i'm definitely appreciating it while i have it, because i know it's fleeting no matter how perfectly i think i'm doing them.

    sorry, i'm being a whiny turd. here's something cute to make up for the negativity

    Oh I'm sure you're safe on the Pins. That qual was, I'm guessing, an attempt to get better workers. So let's make THIS BATCH and this BATCH ONLY the disqual batch.

    I bet if you didn't do that batch, or didn't get any golds, you're fine with Pins for a good, long time. I'm miffed they changed the rules without disclosing it. If I thought golds would get me kicked out permanently, I would have never continued to work on any batch after one missed gold, instead of rereading the training and trying to improve.
