Yeah, I didn't hit daily yesterday either. This whole week has been slow, a few bonuses not withstanding.

 

The 2 dollars doesn't matter to me.. the 47% rejection rate on my account doesn't encourage me though. Also, as far as tracking them down, I think if a university phd student is passing off scammy work to a crowdsourcing website, not paying the agreed amount, and then publishing the work as their own, I just think it might be interesting to drop the professor a line about the ethics of the situation. I'm not super upset about it.

I don't know what you want the requester to do with that data.

 

I actually gave a shit about a good approval rating. I wasn't rushing through hits. I was taking my time to do good work while I did my first 500 hits. And my hearing is just fine. You mean you don't find it suspicious that I screwed up several hits that badly. I know it seems pretty cut and dry, but if you'd done the hit you might be more understanding.

 

He did do the hit, though. It's $2, your approval rating is fine and you can come back from it since you only have about 100 hits total. It's not that big a deal if you work hard, and it certainly isn't worth harassing someone and getting overly upset about. Your first reject hurts the most, I get that, but if she doesn't think you did good work, that's up to her as the requester and there's not much you can do about that.
