    I'm making a cross between bruschetta and pizza! I'm quick pickling some shallots in balsamic and chopping up tomatoes and seasoning them instead of a smoother, sweeter sauce. Charring some red pepper and blackening shrimps and lobster tail meat. Haven't decided if I'm gonna do flat bread dough or normal pizza dough, and then I got some tasty AF fontina and fresh mozzarella to top it with. I have to go pull out my ice cream maker so I can whip up a nice coffee gelato for the chocolate chip cookie for 2 I'm making (I tested that one out a couple days ago and ate it by myself...for research).

    You know, normal people stuff! RIGHT GUYS?! I'm so normal! I fit in! WOO!
