    I technically don't have asthma, so much as "mid bronchial damage caused by ARDS." (I know, sexy diagnosis) It mostly doesn't bother me till I'm trying to be physical and then I feel like I've been stabbed in the lung. They toss me inhalers so I don't have to feel like shit so much, tho I've not had to use the steriodal one much at all the past year and just the albuterol when I'm being active for the most part lately. Fingers crossed my lung function stays relatively chipper!:emoji_fingers_crossed:

    I think I'm like you. I can hardcore turk, even poop surveys from like 5:30am - 7:15 am when I have to leave to take the kid to school.

    After that I'm at work and only panda fire hits y'all post about. And keep an eye out for quals. Or pick at small stuff like Rowans or A9s.

    At night after dinner I might force myself to do something if I'm not at goal, but if I am? Ha. I post in the forum, lol.
