I start new cultures by feeding just white flour every 12hr, then at the second or third feeding the ph has balanced and you can leave it for 24hr for the yeast to activate. No rye needed. It just matured in five hours, though. Tripled its size. Now I have to change the ravioli ravioli give me the formuoli

The site this survey is hosted on lags really badly. It had to have added like 2 minutes to the completion time.
