same, i think the $200 day streak is ending today

 

I might take the day off, at least 90% off. Dave is going to the gym and I'm thinking about going with him to see if I can walk the treadmill and find enough other equipment to use to make a membership worth it. Honestly if I can manage the treadmill it will be worth it. the sidewalks and roads around here are to uneven for my rollator and my knee.

So here is to hoping I don't kill myself today in the name of fitness.
On the plus side my TENS unit is coming today so hopefully I won't be in agony tonight
