    Two different passages presented that are likely two different survey versions mistakenly shown back-to-back and probably affecting the answers to the memory check questions. Final page is a mountain of bubbles perfectly showing how to ask the same few questions 50+ different ways. When you are designing a survey and you feel the need to include the word "vacillation" in a question that is asking the same thing as the previous five questions, you've made a mistake. Of course there is no opportunity provided to comment about these issues, because why would there be?
