crap you guys... so much negativity and shaming around here lately.

some people need to pay the bills, regardless of 10/hr or 20/hr. hourly isn't a high score. paying bills and keeping a roof over your head and eating food is kind of important.

edit: to be clear, this isn't directed at any one person. it's more of an overall mood here lately and it's no fun to be around.

 

I have worked all day for $100 before, because the bank isn't impressed by my hourly

Just seems weird that someone who goes out of their way to intentionally give a batch a bad review is later saying "oh do this batch, it's got a good hourly." Seems counterproductive to how TV should be used in the first place.

Yep. I work on many batches that are not that well paid, but if I can do it from my home or better yet do it from my other job where I'm getting paid then it's fine with me if it's not $25/hour.

I'm trying to pay off some bills so I can save more to retire, and every piddly batch helps. So far, my lower mturk wages have netted me $14K towards those goals. It's my second job that I don't have to leave home to accomplish.

 

Sorry man, I'll keep that quiet from now on.
