    While it's true that Stanford can be fickle because there's multiple requesters on the GSB account (I think), it's highly unlikely they rejected simply for your opinion, and to go full on to the IRB without even waiting a full business day for them to reply seems a bit overboard. Also, if no one else is reporting the same rejection reason, it was very likely a mistake on your end, so it's better to just take the L and move on instead of wasting time typing angry, yet polite emails.
