    Yeah, I've been diagnosed with insomnia before but thought it was getting better. I'll probably have to get some zquil again to see if that helps. Especially if I'll be working overnights since I'll need to sleep during the day which will be harder.

    My issue is my poor sleep comes if I wake up in the middle of the night, I cannot get back to bed. I've been taking this stuff every night now and have drastically improved my sleep. I found melatonin doesnt really work for me, but this stuff does. It has the active ingredients found in benadryl and is far more effective. Somebody should probably fact check the benadryl statement, however it will get you to bed and stay asleep. You may feel more groggy than you normally would, but I have been getting 90+% sleep efficiency consistently now according to my galaxy watch.

    I actually take Benedryl daily with no drowsiness from it so I'll check that out!
