400* oven, oven safe dish to the size you want the egg.(I use one that fits on bread) Bake in oven for about 15-20 minutes until desired doneness.

Really though, don't eat too many eggs. That shit will kill you over time eating like 3+ eggs a day.

Set oven to go, walk away while making coffee, come back to done oven.

 

Ohhhh, it's like those frittata things my wife always loves eating in the morning. I'll have to keep this in mind.
