    for anyone that had problems with the $10 sex toy survey:

    "It has come to our attention that the survey listed on Amazon Mechanical Turk was published with technical errors. This caused several users to complete the survey without receiving a confirmation code. Some also received a message saying they were not eligible.     I would have agreed until those Sergey unicorn hits started showing up.
