    Very different, decent pay.
    Cons:
    You won't know how well or awful you've done, so no way to gauge whether or not you'll be paid for the 50 minutes (give or take) this hit takes. Would be nice, considering time spent, to know at the end. Could possibly be that it can't be scored during the session and must be done after.
