    I had a co-worker do that after leaving a bar and was within 500 feet of a school and a cop walked up behind him and now he is a sex offender.. public urination in the wrong place can really come back to bite you.

    I can assure you that around my area of CA, where people come because we have SO MANY resources for the homeless, anyone who wants to find a place to live, to truly NOT be homeless and is willing to follow some rules, can eventually find a place. I'm not saying it will be fast, or it will be a super nice place, but it will be livable, you can raise your kids in it, and if you watch your pennies you can afford to live there.

    I have a 2 br. out there right now for $1050/month. That is a STEAL in California. My biggest problem is I can't find anyone who has a credit score of at least 550 to rent it (we have to have some qualifications if it's open market!)

    If they go through an agency, and I just spoke with one today who is always looking for places for clients, we can be more flexible on requirements.

    I'm putting another 2br out for 1125 that will take the Section 8 program next week.
