Indeed and I was aware of that. — So, after discovering a survey in scraped search (HIT Forker) — clicking ASAP but missing out because others got it first — I one-time panda'd that puppy, and a few minutes later the panda caught it — most probably thanks to a worker's "return" of that survey HIT (or else a repost by the requester).

IIUC that strategy helps because (after I've first seen the HIT but missed out), the panda has some chance to maybe catch the (returned or reposted) HIT during a short interval of time after the HIT URL again goes live but before the servers add the HIT back into search results. ... (unless my understanding is wrong).
