    Of course it is. It implies your feelings about the situation aren't valid or important to them. Like you said, it's not a matter of "want", it's a matter of them being jerks by doing this sort of thing to you. You could throw that directly back in their face in reverse, "you could come see me if you wanted to." Implying that you're the only one that needs to make any movement to see them, then guilt tripping you over it, implies that their time is more valuable or something. Fuck 'em.
