I'm so done with life. My depression is spiraling badly out of control. I started Prozac but in the first few days it makes things significantly worse. I'm struggling to even breathe.

Until you feel like you can do any of that, try to just focus on getting your breath in order--on breathing slowing and deeply, in and out, until you feel mentally strong enough to reach out to someone. This shit ain't easy, but it's a good sign that you recognize your feelings--keep following that impulse and let someone know what you are going through.
