    I've had my share of mental health issues over the past 10 years. For several years I was misdiagnosed with different conditions and went on a roller coaster of meds that led to many adverse effects and made the situation worse. What all my docs settled on was generalized anxiety, depression, and anger issues. I've been to therapy and "graduated" several times. It helps a lot and I may go back again. It's really the only place where I feel comfortable opening up about some of the deep rooted stuff that gets to me. I've been off meds for over a year now and that has helped level things off for me. I have very intense reactions to almost every psych med so I'm doing a lot better without them. My anxiety isn't as bad as it used to be but there are rough days from time to time. I'm really starting to feel more stable and like my actual self again which is good because I was certainly lost for several years and it really took its toll on myself and my family
    Thank you for this @humbleturker and lots of love to all of you dealing with mental health issues. :ba:
