I manually inserted it, after updating TV and noticing that it was still showing up as pending instead of rejected and no feedback was showing up.

Yea TVJS will only show the rejection thing once, if you don't click it then (or if its desync'd across profiles/browsers/apps) it wont upload the req feedback since it's not sure if its "safe" to do so.. kinda odd but the app/site don't communicate with each other very often w/o user opt-in to say its ok, and rejections are treated as more sensitive so they wont update outside "official" channels (ie, the click button when tvjs first sees the rejection)
