    "Please print a copy of this page for your records"

    Does anyone "print a copy" of every survey's consent agreement "for your records"?

    Since you've done perhaps thousands of surveys, are you keeping
    all of those printed paper pages in a filing cabinet "for your records"?

    I understand why the aforementioned statement is necessary,
    but nobody ever prints these things at all.
