Do people actually try to break lease this time of year? I've always heard between now and like January no one moves.

 

It's written in the lease that as long as you give me 60 days notice and we arent between September and April. I'm pretty lenient, especially with really good tenants like this woman has been. So I'm kinda on the fence but she just gave me like, 20 days notice. She got a new job 2 hours away, so its reasonable. Plus I dont like confrontation which makes me a pretty crappy landlord to be honest. lol. Looking on the brightside, it would give me a chance to renovate the place without being under the gun for another person moving in.
