    I became a stay at home dad because day care for a toddler and younger would have practically wiped any income I brought home. It was better for me to stay at home and take care of the kid than to keep my job and pay for day care. Then we had number two and I continued the journey. we also have student loans but we take advantage of the payment plans and will be paying on them for the rest of our lives. YaY!
