Do any of you actually expect Hits to give you a bonus outside of the really reliable requesters? I would say it is a 5 percent chance of them giving me a bonus when they say they will.

 

Not really, which is why when a hit pays 5 cents for like 25 minutes then says 5 dollar bonus I'm really skeptical about doing those.

I've been doing this for quite some time. I think its more likely a 5% chance that a requester won't pay out for bonuses However, if it's some ridiculously large amount that they are promising, I would be somewhat skeptical.

 

I use the bonus tracker of TV. I never had a requester not pay a bonus. The only times I didn't "get" a bonus is when I did some batches that said like "if your answers match 80% of other people's, we'll give a bonus" and I only get like 80% of the bonus, which technically means some HITs weren't bonused, but they still give some bonus.

 

I'm so far behind on updating my bonuses on TV I could probably make a bunch of money just by emailing all the requesters who haven't paid out bonuses that were promised. Maybe I'll do that this weekend

 

TV gives you a one click button that puts a pre-filled message right on MTurk for it

 

How do I get the forum notification tool to notify me of hits in my region or every?

 

Omg I've been putting it off because it sounds like a lot of work to write to all those emails

I'm the complete opposite. I'd say it's a 5 percent chance that I don't get my bonus. I'd say I always get them, but I'm sure I miss some that I lose track of.
