It's soup that's slightly creamy/thick soup with shredded chicken, cheese, wing sauce (or just red hot if you don't make your own buffalo sauce). I prefer to do it the way the restaurant down the street does it, but this one is the closest I can find (except the rice, that's a big yuck. I do small cubes of potatoes tho):
