i've only ever had it with salmon, but i don't see why not

would not recommend it with fishsticks

 

Haha, fishsticks never crossed my mind. That doesn't sound very appetizing...

 

Just shred the breading off enough of them, grind up the fish in a processor and then roll it into fish cakes and bake those!

 

not there's anything wrong with fishsticks -- i lurv fishsticks

but the breading would get all soggy in this dish
