    I am related to the man who found Jack the Ripper's last victim (Mary Kelly). He was there to, cough, "collect the rent" she owed, she didn't answer her door, so he peeked in the window and saw her there.

    This is a true badge of honor for me. (And, now I can be reasonably sure I am NOT related to Jack the Ripper!)

    Mom just told me she found this out through all of her genealogy research contacts.
