    I think she is prone to UTIs, but it's more than just that, and for sure there's no biological or physical reason for her to be getting UTIs.

    It's much lighter and probably sweeter as well. My wife was horrified the first time she tried one. It looks like an American cheesecake, but the taste and texture are completely different.
