    Heck yeah, I'm adding that to my list. I am trying to accumulate a small database of templates that diplomatically, politely, and properly convey things to requesters to both save time and eliminate communication breakdown in instances like this where I'm so annoyed by their response all I can think of is "U DUMB".

    I keep thinking about making a post so we can all share

    Yeah but they may think that people accepting their survey automatically start working on it. It's still pretty fucking stupid to have an allocated time longer than what they will accept for the task...

    They have to have a basic understanding though, because they had the timer set for over an hour. If it only takes "7 minutes," and they are going to reject your work if it takes longer, then why have the timer set to longer if they don't understand the queue, yano?
