If you click on the box that looks like a book even if the arrow is still spinning and it opens but says page not found and you start using the mouse wheel to scroll down it will open the page before it gets done and then repopulate as it finds more. I learned this the 2nd time using it when I sat waiting for 20 minutes. Then again I only have about 3800 qualification/disqualifications, you probably have a ton more than that.
