Gonna have to disagree from a ladies clothing perspective. A Loose, flowy top that is sleeveless would be a sleevless blouse not a tank top. You can have sleeveless button downs as well. And a cami is tight fitting like a tank top but not the same thing. But, I'm just a Bird!

 

these tank tops are trickier than just womens pants
