Lot of people do that. Oyster dressing, seafood gumbos. I know a lot of people who don't even do a turkey...it's usually just a ham with a ton of seafood stuff.

local freshwater fish aren't really sold at grocery stores I don't think? Occasionally you'll see a restaurant that sells walleye, but it's not really sold at stores

Where the hell was this when I was packing my kid's lunches when he was little?

Back then, in my day, I had to open the big can of big olives. Put them into the egg slicer, slice them 4-5 olives at a time, dump what he would eat at school into a special container and nestle it into his Star Wars lunch box, then save the remaining big olives in another container in the refrigerator for future use.

Barefoot. In the snow. Each morning.

Catfish and Bass are huge sellers in Oklahoma and if you're lucky you can find trout but it's expensive

Yeah we have a lot of that too but redfish/catfish/trout are super cheap. Trout is kinda high right now but still fairly cheap (for a whole fish)

This is a local seafood market and this is incredibly expensive. Usually it's like 1.99/2.99 a pound.

"Lying about your English proficiency is considered a violation of the Mechanical Turk terms of service."

Is it really? I've been screened out for not knowing my fruits or what people don't eat on the 4th of July. We could get banned for this?
