Ohhh.... so some easy listening light Belgian music.
Here's my moody go-to Calgary music... although actually happened to see this video in Italy.....(daytime, their version of MTV) - so originally thought it was a European band....



I can't for the life of me figure out how to do the NSFW or I would have tagged that - as, although animated I could see how some people might think the video was intense.

 

Hahaha I guess I accidentally figured out how to do it.

Although now I am genuinely interested in how to Not Safe blah blah for just a part of a message?

 

Also this kind of reminds me of very old Smiths combined with Muse and banjos. I like it.
